Lauren likes to bring people and travel brands together. It starts with her exceptional public relations experience that includes representing destinations, hotels and resorts, luxury cruises, spas, airlines, and travel products. A powerful asset to her clients, her expertise shapes the department’s best practices for effective strategies, sharp writing, partnerships, promotions and special events. She’s also brought home five Platinum Adrian Awards from the Hospitality Sales Marketing Association International. In 2023 she was named to PRSA’s Travel & Tourism section Executive Committee.
As managing director, she leads MMGY’s public relations, social media and experiential marketing brand, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff development and new business initiatives, in addition to managing strategy and brand positioning for her clients. After more than 25 years, Lauren’s experience is as impressive as it is extensive. She’s worked with Oceania Cruises, Fort Myers - Islands, Beaches and Neighborhoods, The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board, Air Tahiti Nui, Karisma Hotels & Resorts, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, and the Harley-Davidson Museum, to name a few.
A Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude Bachelor of Arts graduate of Binghamton University, Lauren believes that traveling makes the world a smaller place. It invokes thought, encourages understanding and creates more acceptance. While visiting more than 55 countries has shaped her, her most priceless souvenirs are the close friendships she’s made along the way.
