    Destination Cleveland, a destination marketing organization, wanted to refresh its partnership program and generate excitement among existing partners. So, we launched an innovative direct mail campaign that caught the partners’ attention and drew them in to learn more about the updated program. The campaign featured eye-catching visuals and clear messaging that highlighted the benefits of the new program, including relationship management, educational resources and priority access to industry insights.
